This is without a doubt one of the worst OTC tickers in terms of misinformation directly from the company. Each and every press release can be revealed as such using the filings and subsequent press releases. I often throw out the challenge, pick a press release from their history link below and I will show what really happened. My question would be why you would not want factual due diligence about such a company. There should be someone digging up the dirt on every OTC company. You are free to debate the facts.
