I am invested in BLTH, and have been for a long while. I've seen the many trolls on this board whose only agenda is to degrade faith in the stock. I am simply stating a fact, after reading through the filing. You appear to be trolling.
Also, it states clearly in the filing that they intend to dilute the stock after RS. Perhaps you should read the filing.
