Frank is an idiot... he filed a different company APEX under FCGD and realized he made a mistake and then filed Quarterly for FCGD but its the same filing as last quarterly except he just changed the dates.. BUT the dates he used is Nov.25, 2023... which is not even here yet. He stated that is when they changed over from mining to the hospital deal... No true...
