HPNN can't do any deals. It only has $32 in total assets.
They announced so-called deals and acquiring companies and letters of intent. All their deals fell-through.
Looks like the HPNN CEO is poised to let HPNN go belly-up. HPNN investors are last in line for any asset distribution, behind creditors and preferred shareholders.
