I could guess better if I knew how the business structure is with CZ Products, Cannazall and UBQU. Look at the link below. He doesn't even hide that CZ is involved in someway with UBQU, yet he won't address it. Why would he if doesn't want anyone to know about it? The sales drop in the last 2 quarters indicates that CZ siphons off sales from UBQU somehow someway. Vitello won't be able to save a company with sales being sucked dry.
