Gotcha. So legacy shareholders held their shares for a few decades to wait for Veemost to merge then sell those shares?

I don’t understand the logic. I own legacy shares in another Name that has taken off lately. The last thing I want to do is sell on the bid day after day week after week to keep the PPS down. I want the PPS to rise and then I’ll consider selling at an acceptable valuation for me. I have a very good idea what’s going on here, and it has nothing to do with legacy investors. Long’s time will come IMO.
