IR has repeatedly said we are waiting on funds, so if we haven't gone to settlement it must be true that we don't have the funds. What other explanation is there? Spoke to him twice last week just for clarification.

Bill Robinson is the IR for Cyber Fuels an agent of management John Lawrence and Ron Mills, I'm sure your source is more direct , getting Bill back from vacation hasn't brought the closing home at all. Last week we were ready to have a parade for Bill , now we have to postpone until the funds show up !
