Well, we essentially went into a mini depression after COVID. People had a high with the checks they were given, then the economy finally felt it and haven't recovered yet. Hoping to see a change next year. Not shocking to me honestly. The OTC doesn't stray away from the rest of the exchanges as many would like to believe. Just less liquidity.
