If I believe the article's explanation, then it was perhaps a sell order from overseas that was not or could not be executed during normal hours.

See this part of the Investopedia article:

Form T trading is especially suited for overseas investors since they may conduct the bulk of their U.S. trading when their markets are open but U.S. markets are closed.

Generally form T is dilution but witg 21k dont think so
