I hope he faces the music of his misdeeds sooner then later. the longer he continues to run the company into the ground, the more money you and I will lose and the less likely they will prosecute him for his wrong doings on our behalf the AMC shareholders. We need several litegations against him now. Not next year or the year after. Remember this people, "the statued of limitations is usually only good for 3 years in most cases". Time is of the essence since it takes years to prosecute a criminal in Wall Street. He has many powerful but criminal associates and friends who would help him get away with it all. At least so he thinks. Time will tell how that will work out for him. Most crooks "run their friends under the bus" when they are caught "with their hands in the cookey jar".
