Failure to disclose. It appears to be fraudulent behavior. The trading volume is obviously highly suspect. I doubt this guy even has a securities lawyer because if he did, he would have been told to shut the FU but he didn’t and here we are. The Yuengling guys are laughing their asses off at this dumb ass . How will he ever be able to gain traction again after such a catastrophic failure in judgement and actions? A fledgling app, that will see a dramatic drop in subscribers, followed by the vitriol of those scorned following this idiot around reminding him and everyone around him about it for eternity… LOL… and IMO
That’s all I’m going to say.
Unfortunate turn for all involved.
Hope those that are hurting most recover.

Several guys went to jail for doing that exact thing here on iHub a few years ago. It’s called stock manipulation. He was most likely selling as he was posting. The SEC will put two and two together once he’s reported and investigated
