(at first - was there an emergency and panic ? was there some logic ? ---- I plain do not care to argue AND by now it does not matter !!)

GOV by now has clearly stolen F and F

What do they owe us ---- great question --- and again - after 15 years and bluntly not much light on the issue now ---- I want a good payout and a logical method . To me for 2-3 years its been kill the SP $ pay back (in GOV words) by SAYING 300 pays 200 in full and allow and encourage use of WTS as incentive to act. I am not saying 10 or 25 or 50 is fair !!! What I am saying and have said is - I will gladly take $25 now and the WTS are the door to that happening soon and easy ---- (to me there is a difference between what is OK now and what might be right but NEVER)
