It figures that you are the one who would be sheeshing me since you are the one who previously has made a point of the "when" of a quarterly filing. I'd look up one of your such posts but I've much more important things to do today.
That said, let's revisit my SECOND statement:
Never mind if there is no Subsequent Note for the time between Sept 30 and the date of filing.
If - IF - there have been any changes in ownership of the Preferred or in the management of $mONI since Sept 30 that should be covered in the "Subsequent Notes" section of the filing. FO has a track record of leaving sh*t out.
Never mind that, if they really have "executed" a change of control, FO had FOUR days to announce it properly...
...and he never has announced it properly, has he?
