I doubt that the Q2 results will be delayed because I doubt the change to a fiscal year that corresponds to the calendar year will happen this quarter. The natural time to invoke that change is at the end of this quarter and to start out with either not having a 10K for 1 year from Jan 1 2024, or have another 10K reported for the period Jan 1 2023 through Dec 31, 2023. I think the expectation that Elite always puts out a PR on the same day to report Q2 results is misplaced. In 2020 the PR about the call didn't come out until Nov 11 with the Q2 results PR'd on the 16th. I think we have Q2 results before 11/17.

$ELTP will file the 10-Q report next week on time . They have a long History of Filing on time , so there should be no worry on that and if you are not sure one should always check the facts. Here you go look at the last Year, Plus the Year before and so forth. Go with Facts, DD and Not IMO's. Why would you put out a PR that says you are going to File , it will happen and look for an update at that time.

The press release announcing the 10-Q date and CC date will be issued tomorrow or Friday.

Since no news today on quarter report, it would not surprise if they filed a SEC delay form to report after Nov 15, 2024
