He doesn't have proof. He doesn't know how markets even work. He thinks the ask price is evil spooky MMs shorting the stock. Which is hilarious because all orders on L2 are limit orders, and limit orders don't even move price. Market orders do. So it requires someone to MARKET BUY in order to transact with the evil CDEL's ask price which he delusionally claims is "shorting" despite no way to decipher at all.

Not only that, but once again, it goes back to my point about how these schizos think that a short position is 1000x more powerful than a long, and it's that framework which makes them pout and cope that their stock hasn't run 100,000,000% yet. It's laughable. Never mind the fact that shorting in OTC is extremely uncommon compared to small & large caps.

Also, a lot of retail orders can appear under CDEL and other MM acronyms.
