While the OS is high, the float is not and I do believe there are plans to buy back some shares and convert some of the other to preferred. I know it is their intention not to do a R/S but you know what they say about good intentions.
Hope they can achieve their goals and not do a reverse split, but it will be very difficult to do.
And really, as I've said before, what the price is right now, I really do not care. They need to focus on franchisees like me and completed the merger and financials. Until they complete those things, the stock price is nothing but a bunch of hot air. This stock is not a day traders flip, it is a long term hold.
