are you saying that a lot of OTHER nefarious people then want to buy 80%
And if they do so by paying $25 - which means we have $25 PPS shares - why is that bad?
I see nothing wrong with owning 20% of a company (as a group of original owners) worth $25 a share x 5B shares ---- a market value I believe is in total higher than ever?
