When TD had my stock. I only had CT's with them.

Frankly, I still wouldnt want to hear it. If you cant resolve. KEEP ALL YOUR RECORDS.and if one day, preferred get a settlement. Than you could do something about it. What does it cost them, to show those holdings in your account? I dont know. But if you have proof you held them. And they DO payout. You have a leg to stand on.

Tell them.the court is still pondering settlement on ALL classes and if they settle you will.go after them for your money. Be bold.

I only had 1 perf. It is in Schwab and it is still there. It is the "P"s. They have moved them a couple of times, but, it is still there. They no longer have a CUSIP number.

I also have a few commons with Schwab and they still there as well.

All 4 CTs are still in my account,
I am talking about the preferred ESCROW stocks. TD removed my 3 preferred stocks.
Does any one have same situation?

I believe it was a mistake on how it was programmed in the computer. The computer will sense all stocks without any trading for certain period of time to decide if the stock will be cancelled. The mistake was they did not put the escrowed stock into exceptions.

One of the person I talked with on Swab said to me that escrowed stocks should not be removed.
