Does not make sense… even if you have a cusip number (I think that’s what they call them) the account should always retain them?!? Maybe cash accounts are different?
Anyway I have an old bk stock from over a decade ago that hasn’t traded for like 8 years and it got transferred from TDA to Schwab this last weekend. I was hoping it would disappear! lol they probably want me to pay them 50 dollars to remove it??

Throw at them you have a paper trail… they don’t know how extensive? Could be one screen shot or statement !!

Just lay it on them and keep your cool! Let them break first… and you will probably see results!
