I'd give every slobbering AYRC penny player a $10 copy of Prof Ben Graham's "The Intelligent Investor." The rest of the money should go in general funds at the SEC. I'm seeing plenty of the old IHUB ARYC losers who have already moved on to new rubbish stock "plays." Very few learn. Many are hopeless addicts.
