increased their footprint in Vancouver- Please, dont make me laugh.

On further research, it does seem the lawyers are no longer there. I have no idea when they moved out, of if perhaps they also have a satellite office.
However, based on most recent filings, I do see this....

As of August 21, 2023, we had 12 employees, as well as several independent consultants assisting us with the Company’s regulatory, quality, and medical matters. Our research and development team is geographically dispersed throughout the United States.

So then, how many actually are working in their Vancouver headquarters and why would they even HAVE such a large space?

Anyway, I applaud you for doing some due diligence on your own, as all should be doing.
