Let me be more specific. It’s says they the check for accounts errors that could be mistakes or fraud.. not that there isn’t fraud.. just clearing that up. But they didn’t find anything.
The added words.. As discussed in Note 1 to the financial statements, the Company’s continuing operating losses, working capital deficiency and accumulated deficit raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern for a period of one year from the issuance of the financial statements. Management’s plans are also described in Note 1. The financial statements do not include adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.
No adjustments from the outcome of this uncertainty? Wow.. Will have more clarity when the 10K is filed.
