Posted a specific filing explicitly for the ongoing concern. Ongoing concerns are staples on all filings. First time I've seen a filing for this specific issue regarding GMER.
As I've posted previously, dilution will accelerate especially at these lower levels. Current mc is approximately 4 times depreciating assets.
