However you are completely misinforming the readers here regarding the PRs. Anyone who Invests in the American market knows that nonfactual information released to the public in any form, whether via governmentally required reports or PRs iEspeciallys criminal .
Thus one can rely on public information released in any way. (I recall someone mentioning they contacted the SEC regarding the reporting of such false statements...nothing was reported by the SEC. One can conclude no foul on the information released by SMME. )

I would also note that SMME being a development company, so stated in the government required reports, gives credibility to the PRs as they report the continuing progress in the development of The Card.

Conclusion: No card YET...but progress is being made.
