120 days from September 19th the audit has to be completed at least or it’s dead. I will assume working days to be on the safe side.

But looking at the Def14c it was telling… then the way they avoided the direct answer… just to follow up days later with the tweet.

So first hope is the date given in the Def14c . If it comes and goes without anything I’m dumping out
