I'm not surprised new investors are not impacted by the positive development that the DEA is opening the gates to more quota to companies who will actually use it to make product. That would mean they would have to understand just how limiting the restricted quota as been. In addition, while Nasrat as been almost giddy when describing how effective Kirkov has been in making sales, we have only seen a tiny hint of the impact of his abilities on revenue. Given quota is given once a year, we may not see the impact of the change in rules until we roll into calendar year 2024. But maybe not. We need to ask Nasrat about the letter and get his take on it and its impact on Elite. If is hugely impact we won't have to ask Nasrat will talk about it on his own. That is what I am hoping.
FYI, despite having tons and tons of shares I bit a smidge more this morning on the news. It was just too good of news with no price response not to.
