ok - I bit - FHFA decides to pay it down ---- the LP is the count marker for the SP value (grown with mirror dividends since the change)

how on earth is there enough money for THAT pay down or pay off or buy back at the LP value and a penny for common ??

i.e. maybe - sure - we can buy it back - call in the SP paper - no congress - no Treasury - but where do get over 100B for FNMA alone without new shares or ? that kill us
