Walter, Thank you for the welcome. I agree it's a closer business model to a chemical plant. The nearest business I can compare it to for multiples would be a specialty chemical company that produces chemicals for various industries. Even at that, I'm struggling to find something that makes sense. The closer a producer's product gets to the end user's use case, the farther the product's pricing gets from commodity pricing and the closer it gets to value-added pricing. Suppose Niocorp successfully builds its operation, and the domestic critical mineral market develops independently of China's manipulation. In that case, Niocorp has the potential to be a unique company that can deliver a suite of lucrative products.
