And, FHFA committed a breach of contract. Why should Fannie and Freddie be responsible for the compensation ? FHFA and UST should sit together to figure out the resolution. Should USG lend some money to FHFA and charge 10% annual dividend ? Or, I think FHFA should be bankrupt for failing to pay the compensation.
