$BIOA Was NYSE listed before the sh#t show happened. Caught fudging numbers on their balance sheet, replaced upper management to try to control it but didn't help. Ran into financing problems & started diluting, now relegated to Pinks. Final nail in the coffin is scheduled for Aug 31st - that is when the plug can be pulled. According to PWC they have interm financing that will allow them to continue up until that date under court control. "
