Can a company R/S as many times as they like??? Aren't they supposed to send out a PR to do so? This has already RS 2 two to three times already. Any thoughts about this. Especially from the CEO.

I’m certain it will ultimately RS…but will it at trip 1? Who knows? That’s the gamble. An RS anywhere else and you sell half and guarantee success on your trade.
