Not really. Just looking at the dates and length of time since the brief and in general court cases. It should be over and waiting for award to either party.
I was hoping someone would comment with some facts. Tmmi could comment, but silence seems to be common place.

I requested an update on status of the case from the Nevada courts week before last. No response as of yet. They gave me a tracking number.
