When the the dilution round is done then they will update the SS.

You clearly have dilution MM on the L2

But sure ignore it as your stock tanks 15% a day on above average daily volume.

FYI plenty of stocks dilute without reg A. It’s not needed to dilute the stock. This will break the 200 and go back to 0004.
