FAST, I'm sure Matt was talking about Business hours or at least a couple of hours either side of that time frame. At 2am in the morning when there are virtually zero posts and the subject being about trading/investment and not how many kittens is my cat having is not worthy of a TOU/TOS etc.
However feel free to chastise me unreservedly but have the decency to address me directly and (I tell you what, forget it.)
