For months he had opportunity to explain but there no explanation for shareholders deception. A quality CEO never would have allowed shareholders sentiment to get so negative when there reaching out to you for answers and you get it’s been a moving target as an excuse for years of failure. He as a CEO had full control so he created the moving target he’s using as an excuse. There’s no logic in most of what he says .
