#108312 RE: cottonisking #108308

Was the letter just for ECAPS? UK holders? Will CT holders get different notification?

The letter is two pages with a small flash card that says, "see pg # 2. In respect of the..... "

Page two third paragraph says,

"In respect of the intended eighth interim distribution,... will also enable a distribution to be made in respect of the....and LBHI as the holders of the relevant subordinated liabilities."

The third paragraph is six lines.

The X tier distribution pays out 172.2 million pounds to the ECAPS and 15 million pounds to LBHI. Who will LBHI pay with their 15 million pounds? I hope the CTs' Holders.

Tier X – available funds of £187.2m:
The first £187.2m of funds available for the subordinated creditors will be paid:
• first, 92% (being £172.2m) to the Company
• second, 8% (being £15.0m) to LBHI
Tier Y – next available funds of up to £225.0m

I will wait for November 21, 2023. Maybe the BNYM or someone made an error. I just enjoy the feeling right now, it is a natural high.
