You can say the wrong things a million times and it will never be right. LiveStock IS a wholly-owned subsidiary. They just said so in the PR today. We know English is not your first language, but c'mon man, this is quite ridiculous. Here is a link to the LiveStock website: https://livestockimpact.com/

Call the company and tell them they are wrong to call themselves a wholly-owned subsidiary. Here is the number 725-235-6019

"Livestock Impact, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of BioAdaptives,Inc. it continues with the development and distribution of health and wellness products unique for animals. Presently, products for canine and equine users provide for improved appearance and general health as well as rejuvenating the animal for overall performance. The new company will continue its efforts began as an operating division of BioAdaptives, Inc., but, as a wholly owned subsidiary, will gain the corporate independence to explore new alliances, develop new markets and products, and consider new and unique solutions for growth and expansion. The new Company will continue to rely upon past science and nutrition advisors to assist in product and formulation decisions."

All of those highlighted words were written by the company and posted on its own website to let anyone know what LiveStock was before (a division of Bio) and what it is now (a wholly-owned subsidiary) because the division was "spunoff" into a separate, wholly-owned company with its own management. It continues to market and sell animal products, which will be reported on the BDPT books. It's soooooo funny to watch you argue against these very simple facts written by the company itself.
