There could be only 2 reasons why the company might consider such an action as RS at this point. #1 A reverse merger, (and considering Veemost's partners, this would be a big catalyst). #2 To up list

This company's CEO's communication and lack thereof reminds me of other stocks that i was invested in where the company stock was manipulated so that shareholders can sell to manipulaters at very low price point before the company does a reverse split that will of course be in the best interest of the company. This certainly may not be the case but it is suspicious nonetheless. Just my opinion
