BSFC not in it almost hit .18 BSFC today ..in the past has been pumpy then quick dumpy just observing resistance levels has a good chance at hitting .1830 resistance then .2070 on upper side

as general markets surge for last 2 months of 2023 with rates lower TNX maxed out
and then SPY pumps higher better chance for small caps..
