now that NO cash leaves F and F --- only IOUs that increase the LP count of SP value

how does any POTUS use F and F as a piggy bank ?

Everyone here knows I firmly believe no POTUS in the past - when cash did move - was able to take any of it for WALL or ACA as it all goes to Treasury

I do think -- if GOV (DJT - JB) decides to exercise the warrants and declare a NPV of 100B on those 4B shares it will then own ---- that such 100B can be used as a massive bargaining and other chip in looking at annual deficits (i.e. that would be cash from the sale of 4B shares over time at 25 and > - that all goes to Treasury to help offset overall general discretionary spending)
