Hi True Dat.

No offense taken. I would think they would want to stop the selling for a few reasons. 1) They would like to use their shares as currency for purchasing companies. 2) They don't want to fall below a penny and then get tossed to the Expert Market (the old "pink sheets" status).

So I assume someone gave them $$$ to pay off whichever lender was selling and hopefully cancelled any further shares they could have still converted.

At this point, without great news (in addition to a hopeful favorably received QIND uplist and IPO), the stock has a long climb back. It has to go up about 10x just to get back to $.10. Buyers down here will slow any upward momentum, by trading out along the way. Heck, at $.05, will have made 5x their money.
