Amen brother. Some folks hate Sharp to the point where they refuse to see anything beneficial that has been done since he's had custodianship, when the evidence is clear - SRNW and WNFT are both clean shells reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and are 100% ready for a reverse merger, acquisition off other type business combination in due season.

I don't give him much credit, no, because he has done a worse job than Frank and Caren, two people he has criticized and attacked.

OMG - you give George Sharp no credit for taking bloated, worthless, defunct shells, cleaning them up, cancelling hundreds of millions of shares, and then bringing them out as legit filing entities, with legit merger companies interested in using the shells. I'm calling you a basher extraordinaire, and a GS hater, who twists and turns everything into a negative, and never a positive. George has learned more about OTC company law than you ever would hope to learn, and he leads by example, instead of being a coward behind the keyboard. sheesh

That is hilarious - Sharp attempted to steal the stock from Calasse that the SEC has stated he legally owns. Actually the SEC in comments on the Form 10 made Sharp give the Calasse stock back as Sharp tried to put the stock in the Treasury but the SEC smacked Sharp around and he had to amend the Form 10 and put in a statement that the Calasse stock was issued and outstanding.

Why hasn't Sharp accomplished anything in over 2 years with any of the 3 shells - and in 5 years on FORW?

Sharp hasn't cleaned up the 3 shells - actually it shows his incompetence as a businessman because he didn't vet the shells very well as they all had unforseen problems - or more likely self inflicted wounds.

The canceling of shares is an old scammers trick - if there is a merger and there never will be with a real company - that is guaranteed.

Hijacked shells especially those that do multiple shells such as SSM Monopoly - all of those were insiders enrichment schemes. It is the same for Sharp as he attempted to hijack 5 shells but only got 3.

Guys like Sharp never build a real business they hijack multiple shells for personal enrichment.

You completely fabricated that nonsense - name some of the companies.

The facts are that there has never been a real company that has used a hijacked shell to go public.

GOFF/WNFT has been hijacked 3 times, by Lazar, Adam Tracy and then Sharp. There will be zero interest in a merger unless it is like the two companies Sharp brought in as assets to FORW but both were scams.

When you are blivisting about the greatness of Sharp - remember that he has never operated a successful business. In 5 years as the CEO of FORW he hasn't accomplished anything of value.
