Again, I will ask...when has BDPT management ever said that they are giving out free LiveStock spin off shares to current BDPT shareholders? I want any reference available.
LiveStock is a wholly owned subsidiary of BDPT. Which means they own all of it. Now, it isn't worth anything at all as they sell no product to speak of, but that is besides the point. Why in the H would they just give BDPT shareholders part of their company for free when they already own it? Does that make any rationale sense?
Of course not.
But apparently you think they are just nice guys? "Here, take part of this company for free. We just feel in a giving mood".
There are no spin off shares. The company has never said there are or were going to be spin off shares. It is all a made up lie by certain people on this board that took one little thing the company did (made LiveStock a spin off but WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY) and added on tons of falsehoods and fantasy about what is 'going to happen if you just buy and hold those shares'.
Well? No one believes those lies anymore as we can see by the stock price of .0008 and going lower.
