The stock absolutely fell to zero. It fell to zero the day FINRA suspended the CUSIP and Deleted the ticker. There is no legal way to ever sell, trade or receive compensation for the shares. The shares are now and forever worthless due to the outcome of the litigation

Here is a Pesky factual piece of info for you. FKA BioAmber fell immediately to Zero the day the trading was shutdown forever. If anyone had an open short position it was closed out back in 2019 lol. With the stock being worthless due to liquidation and no legal way to ever buy or sell FKA BioAmber stock again all you had to do was call your broker, tell him what happened to BioAmber as in the result of the liquidation and subsequent FINRA actions making your shares worthless. Then your Margin funds (collateral) would have been released to you.
You’re trying to create a false narrative where there isn’t one so you can back peddle away from my question to you
