Don't forget the pumper boys - you do realize that far more pumpers are charged with securities fraud - and on iHub there has never been what you call a paid basher charged with securities fraud.
The paid basher myth was started as a joke over 20 years ago and the pumper boys took and ran with it - if they had taken the time to read and understand it they would have known it was a hoax.
Post anything mildly critical on a stock message board, and chancesare someone will eventually call you a paid basher.
"Yes, it is true. Today is my last day at this company; I?m moving on
to a new job. But before I go, I want to explain a few things because this just isn?t right and I won?t feel
good about myself until I expose this sham. It?s hurt too many people
and I don?t want it on my conscience anymore. I can no longer live with a lie...
I work for a company called Franklin, Andrews, Kramer & Edelstein in
Stamford, CT. Basically, it?s a Boiler Room much like the one in the movie of the same name. The idea behind my group is to bash the price of a company?s stock down low enough to where the group of investors who retained our company?s services can
buy the stock really cheap and perhaps even take it over all together."
As you can read the company he supposedly worked for was: "Franklin, Andrews, Kramer & Edelstein"
That is FAKE!
But so many didn't get the joke - it is much longer.
But the OTC is filled with paid pumpers although most pump for their own greedy reasons.
There will never be a Class Action Lawsuit because CCTL doesn't have any assets to attach.
