If that was your take away from my response you totally missed the point in response to your "what real companies do" comment and example. Nothing you just said is relevant to how respectable companies manage PR on events of concern to shareholders.

I agree shell risk dropping is important. Is it important to the company? Probably not near the top of the priority list. If they do not need to raise money and do not plan to up list to a big board in the immediate future the PPS is not really important. They will focus on the business growth, hiring talent and Cisco Gold. I feel confident the steps able to be taken are being taken to resolve the shell risk and it is only a matter of time. More and more true investors will buy the stock when the business catalysts occur, and shell risk drops then it will naturally increase in value way beyond the current level.
