Yeah, that's what comes to mind. The problem with what "comes to mind" is the product of years of conditioning to believe that all offshore companies must somehow be used for that purpose. That can easily be dispelled when you look at all the companies doing business down there now, as well as our own government encouraging and aggressively pursuing a free trade agreement.
