It's hard to say with this one, the authorized is the other side of blue sky so there is lots of paper to draw from however if they are looking at a NASDAQ listing the 111 million held at DTC is going to be a tough nut to crack unless the incoming venture is colossal

The float number is irrelevant because it is out of date and has not been updated, go with the DTC count.
