APRU is not a fully reporting company therefore the CEO has no time limits on when he has to share material events from my understanding. Tony was at Lena for the installation of the pasteurizer and has tweeted about his involvement there, so we are left to guess where everything stands. But he posted him signing the contract with Lena, and although we don't know the details, it's obvious something is going on to this day. I like my chances as I've said all along.
