Petey is not even aware that they are likely monitoring him and even asking him if there is any way one can buy off-the-books shares at discounts.
There are anecdotes of more than one person giving cash for discounted shares or share certs from him, then the person finds out no broker will accept deposit of the certs or any unregistered shares.
